<Job Summary>You will be the Accountant for a Japanese manufacturing company.You are the company's sole accountant.<Job Details>- Analyze financial management indicators weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly by brand and company.- Control volatility in purchases, prices, and product costs.- Maintain actual and theoretical inventory control of all company inventory.- Ensure the company's financial system complies with company regulations and current law.- Control the VAT invoice process, accounting processes related to corporate tax reporting, and compliance with state regulations.- Control the quantity and quality of goods, raw materials, and tools imported from suppliers during warehousing and maintain the quantity of reserve stocks.- Monitor implementation of regulations, procedures, rules, and notifications related to finance and accounting, and report results to HCNS/BOD for evaluation.- Handle purchasing and import-export tasks (liaise with trading companies) and related duties.- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.<Attractive Points>- Stable Japanese Work Culture: Join a reputable Japanese joint venture with a long history of quality and reliability in the textile industry.- Key Role in Operations: As the primary Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the company with over 80 employees.- Dynamic Environment: Experience the heartbeat of a manufacturing site and develop comprehensive administrative skills within the industrial park.
