<Tổng quát>Phụ trách phát triển sản phẩm mới, cải tiến sản phẩm hiện có, triển khai sản xuất thử nghiệm và thương mại. Lập kế hoạch năm của phòng R&D• Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng lập kế hoạch ngân sách và kế hoạch đào tạo của phòng.2. Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm mới• Thu thập thông tin về sản phẩm của đối thủ cạnh tranh, công nghệ sản xuất mới và nguyên liệu.• Thực hiện các công việc chuyên môn trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm mới.3. Cải tiến các sản phẩm hiện có• Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng xây dựng kế hoạch cải tiến sản phẩm hằng năm.• Thực hiện cải tiến sản phẩm theo kế hoạch.4. Triển khai sản xuất sản phẩm mới• Đánh giá tính phù hợp của tài liệu sản xuất; đề xuất khách hàng sửa đổi tài liệu để đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp luật và phù hợp với dây chuyền sản xuất của Công ty.• Triển khai sản xuất sản phẩm mới của Công ty và sản phẩm gia công cho khách hàng.• Xây dựng tài liệu sản xuất như phiếu chế biến, tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn sản xuất.• Triển khai sản xuất thử nghiệm (nếu cần) và sản xuất thương mại đối với sản phẩm gia công của khách hàng; cập nhật tài liệu sản xuất phù hợp với điều kiện sản xuất thương mại.5. Duy trì sản xuất sản phẩm gia công• Tiếp nhận thông tin thay đổi từ các bộ phận liên quan và triển khai các hoạt động cần thiết để duy trì sản xuất sản phẩm của Công ty.• Cập nhật tài liệu sản xuất đối với sản phẩm của Công ty khi có thay đổi và triển khai đến các bộ phận liên quan.• Tiếp nhận thông tin thay đổi từ khách hàng và triển khai các hoạt động cần thiết để duy trì sản xuất sản phẩm gia công.• Cập nhật tài liệu sản xuất đối với sản phẩm gia công của khách hàng khi có thay đổi và triển khai đến các bộ phận liên quan.6. Thực hiện thủ tục tự công bố sản phẩm• Soạn thảo hồ sơ công bố và thực hiện thủ tục tự công bố đối với các sản phẩm mới của Công ty.• Xây dựng danh mục chỉ tiêu kiểm nghiệm và thực hiện kiểm nghiệm sản phẩm.• Soạn thảo nội dung ghi nhãn, kiểm tra và xác nhận thông tin trên nhãn sản phẩm.7. Quản lý tuân thủ an toàn thực phẩm• Hỗ trợ thu thập các văn bản pháp luật mới ban hành.• Rà soát các nội dung sửa đổi và đề xuất các biện pháp liên quan đến hoạt động của bộ phận.
