We are seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to lead the implementation and daily operation of Oracle ERP in the finance function, focusing on manufacturing cost control, planning, and financial reporting. This role requires strong Oracle experience and solid finance knowledge in a factory environment.- Lead and support Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing) implementation for finance.- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with manufacturing operations.- Monitor and analyze financial results; prepare management reports.- Perform cost analysis, pricing validation, and margin analysis.- Serve as a finance business partner to leadership for strategic decision-making.- Ensure compliance with VAS and support the transition to IFRS if needed.- Facilitate internal and external audits with proper documentation and process control.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in the following areas together with FAS Manager and Japanese CPA; ✓ Financial & Tax Due Diligence ✓ Financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) under income approach (discounted cash flows), market approach (multiples) and cost approach, ✓ Purchasing Price Allocation (“PPA”) (may collaborate with outside valuation company)✓ Post Merger Integration (“PMI”) ✓ IFRS advisory ✓ Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit ✓ Transfer Pricing documentation *Based on instruction by Transpering price Manager, depends on situation of on-going projects & staff task allocation • Work closely with clients/ target management to understand their business / their expectation and reflect them into our report • Instruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report
