【Job Summary】This company is a garment manufacturer specializing in high-quality uniform and workwear production in Vietnam. They provide end-to-end solutions ranging from client consulting to manufacturing management for local and foreign companies.The position handles sales activities and supports the Japanese manager to expand business in Vietnam. Candidates are expected to actively acquire new clients, manage order-to-delivery processes, and maintain smooth collaboration with factory teams.【Responsibilities】- Conduct sales proposals for uniforms and workwear to companies in Vietnam.- Execute sales activities via phone, email, visits, and online meetings.- Develop new clients and follow up with existing accounts.- Identify client needs and select suitable factories and suppliers.- Prepare quotations and coordinate sample creation.- Manage production and shipment schedules from order to delivery.- Collaborate with internal teams and external factory partners.- Assist the Japanese manager in daily sales operations.- Prepare sales documents, reports, and business contracts.- Other related tasks【Job Attraction】- Opportunity to gain end-to-end experience from sales to production control.- Performance-based earning potential with an attractive sales incentive scheme.- Balanced work environment with limited overtime work.
