    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for payment accounting activities

    【Job description】
    - Record payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and receipt vouchers into the general ledger and maintain other accounting records
    - Process bank payments to subcontractors and suppliers
    - Verify accounting documents such as invoice cancellation or adjustment records and AR/AP confirmation letters
    - Record office department expenses
    - Update the status of accounts receivable and accounts payable for each project (Excel tracking)
    - Assist the accounting team with the periodic organization and archiving of accounting documents

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - 2 years of experience in accounting
    - English: Conversational level for internal use

    <Prefer>
    - Having worked for a Japanese company is an advantage

    Conversational Level, Upper-Intermediate Level, Intermediate Level
