  - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

  - Coordinate with the Technical Team to conduct product demonstrations and provide application support.
  - Monitor sales plans and revenue performance, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  - Provide technical support and offer product and market information to customers.
  - Receive and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products and services.
  - Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and customer care programs.
  - Collaborate with internal departments to achieve sales objectives and overall company goals.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
