  - Review and optimize production plans, cost structures, budgets, inventory policies, and logistics performance.
  - Monitor KPIs, analyze cost and budget variances, and propose improvement actions for efficiency and cost reduction.
  - Manage supplier and service provider performance and support risk management to ensure stable supply and delivery.
  - Review key payment, procurement, logistics, import/export, and insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  - Lead, guide, and develop staff by assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
