    [Job Summary]
    In the northern Vietnam market, we offer high-performance exposure equipment and full technical support to big semiconductor and circuit board makers. Because our business is growing and we want to build a strong base for long-term growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our engineering team.

    In this position, you will manage all field engineering work in northern Vietnam, improve customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with important clients. You will manage the engineer team, optimize spare parts logistics, and work closely with our main office in Japan and overseas bases. After joining us, you will get about two months of technical training in Japan, and we offer a clear career path to become a key leader in our office in the future.

    [Job Description]
    ・Manage the customer service and field engineering team in northern Vietnam
    ・Oversee the installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized exposure equipment
    ・Manage sales targets, operation costs, profits, and engineer schedules
    ・Deal with complex technical issues and handle emergency negotiations with key clients
    ・Optimize spare parts, consumables, inventory, and logistics operations
    ・Give technical advice, train staff, and evaluate team members
    ・Work closely with the Japan head office and regional team to keep business goals aligned
    ・Help plan and run regional field service strategies to keep service quality high
    ・Do regular maintenance and checks to make sure the equipment runs smoothly
    ・Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    ・At least 5 years of practical experience as a service engineer or sales engineer in the mechanical, electronic, or electrical industry.
    ・At least 3 years of management or leadership experience within a team or department.
    ・Korean: Native level
    ・English: Intermediate level

    【Prefer】
    ・Experience in the semiconductor, FPD, or printed circuit board (PCB) industry
    ・Japanese speaker

  • English Level
