- We appreciate good Japanese communicational skills, as well as basic read-and-write English, since this job is mainly about coordinating and confirming with different parties.- It takes some time working under the guidance and supervision of the mentor, in order to fully absorb the know-how of shoemaking. Therefore, we welcome those who are willing to learn and aim at a long-term career at our company.• Review quality requirements during the product development stage, identify potential issues, and propose effective improvements• Evaluate new materials and new production methods, and assess their suitability for mass production• Conduct verification and testing during the prototyping phase before mass production launch• Perform quality checks and provide improvement guidance across manufacturing processes (materials, cutting, stitching, molding, finishing)• Investigate the root causes of defects and develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence• Lead quality improvement and process optimization activities at production sites• Prepare and update quality standards, inspection guidelines, SOP(Standard Operating Procedures), and related documentation• Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners (China, Indonesia, India, Brazil, etc.) regarding quality matters• Collaborate closely with internal-related departments, headquarters, and overseas sales offices to share quality issues and develop solutions
