  【Job Summary】
  This position serves as the primary Person in Charge of Accounting and Finance, ensuring the company’s financial integrity and robust internal controls. The role involves managing the full AR/AP lifecycle and tax compliance while collaborating with external strategic partners to maintain high-level oversight.
  
  Candidates are expected to manage project tracking by monitoring financial and administrative progress closely to support management decisions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly integrate into a proactive team environment while handling diverse administrative and HR support tasks.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Collaborate with outsourced accounting firms for monthly closing and sales data aggregation.
  -Prepare internal accounting reports as required by Management.
  -Issue e-invoices and handle all invoice-related transactions ensuring tax compliance.
  -Manage and track Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively.
  -Verify bank transfers prepared by the admin team to ensure accuracy.
  -Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and report directly to accounting consultants.
  -Monitor latest tax regulations and decrees to ensure strict company compliance.
  -Coordinate and manage annual accounting audits with external auditors.
  -Monitor project details by tracking financial and administrative progress.
