  • Job Description

    • Be responsible for acquiring, cleaning, analyzing, mining, and visualizing costing data.
    • Perform end-to-end data management and analysis, from data collection/preparation to model implementation and costing insights.
    • Effective communication with various cross funtional teams to accurately analyze and understand requirements is crucial.
    • Collect, clean, organize, and process costing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Perform data analysis and mining to provide Costing insights and decision support
    • Develop and maintain data visualization reports and dashboards to showcase data analysis results and insights
    • Collaborate with various business teams to understand their requirements and provide data analysis solutions accordingly

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
    - Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale data, capable of processing and analyzing complex business data.
    - Proficiency in data analysis and processing tools such as Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, R, SPSS, Python, AI readings, etc.
    - Familiarity with data analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Metabase, with data visualization and report development capabilities.
    - Proficiency in Python & its common libraries (Pandas, Numpy), & familiarity with Jupyter Notebook for data analysis & model implementation.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, able to accurately understand and grasp business requirements.
    - Successful experience in data visualization and report development.
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with various business teams.
    - Good English communication skills.


    <PREFER>
    - 1 year of experience in shoe field is a plus
