Job Description
I. Position Overview
- We are seeking a high-performing Sales professional (Senior level) to drive growth in the Electronic Components business (MLCC, Inductors, RF Modules, Power Devices, etc.) across Vietnam. This role supports and develops sales activities for company electronic components in strategic market segments such as Mobility, ICs, Telecom, Data Center, and Cutting-edge devices in Vietnam.
- The position is suitable for candidates with foundational B2B sales experience who are looking to grow their career in the electronics industry.
- The selected candidate will manage assigned accounts, follow up on projects, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stable business growth. Advanced technical expertise is not required at entry level, as structured internal training and long-term development opportunities will be provided.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth and design-win acquisition within assigned key accounts
- Promote Murata products portfolio (MLCC, Inductors, Modules, Sensors…)
- Support customers in product selection, basic technical coordination, and commercial negotiation.
- Cooperate with product division, product marketing, and factory team to ensure smooth project follow-up.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Collect market information and competitor activities.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships aligned with company s global standard.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration
2. Internal Contribution & Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior sales members
- Improve sales processes and best practices
- Contribute to regional alignment and business strategy execution
3. Expectations
- Independently manage existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets with guidance from manager.
- Develop stable customer relationships.
- Contribute to incremental business growth.
- Develop new accounts and expand business in strategic segment.
Qualifications
Requirement
{MUST}
- Graduated from University with major electric, electronics, IT, physical or related field.
- English: At least Strong Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 700+ or Ielts 5.5 +)
- Having at least 2 -5 years experience as B2B sales engineer and technical consulting or solution selling
- Suitable for candidates at early to mid-career stage
- Basic technical knowledge of passive components (MLCC, inductors, etc.).
- Experience in handling projects and customer negotiations.
- Strong sense of ownership and teamwork mindset.
- Stable career mindset and long-term commitment.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and process-driven working style.
- Respect for team collaboration and reporting discipline.
- Growth mindset with willingness to develop toward senior sales level.
