<Job Summary>
One of our clients, which is HR / Training consultant company, is now looking for the "Sales Assistant".
They are committed to the work of strengthening their clients' organizations, mainly by implementing HR systems and providing education and training to their clients.

- Support sales representatives during client meetings.
- Provide professional interpretation during business discussions.
- Create training materials and documents tailored to specific programs.
- Translate various documents and program resources into the required language.
- Accompany consultants and sales staff during program implementation.
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality training and consulting programs on-site.
- Support inside sales activities by following up with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs meet client expectations.
- Prepare administrative documents related to program logistics.
- Maintain strong communication with Japanese managers and colleagues.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree or higher (graduates from Japanese four-year universities are highly preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, administration, or planning at a Japanese company.
- Japanese: N2 advanced level
- Bright personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interest in the HR consulting industry and a desire to become a consultant in the future.

- Having worked for a Japanese company with a Japanese supervisor
- Having experience working for HR companies and consulting firms
- Have experience working for a start-up companyEnglish Level
