  - Manage existing client accounts through professional communication via email and telephone.
  - Coordinate international trade operations including import and export procedures for various materials.
  - Handle comprehensive trade documentation such as Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping instructions.
  - Liaise with overseas group branches and headquarters to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
  - Support the expansion of new business segments, specifically focusing on plastic resins and chemical materials.
  - Negotiate pricing and terms based on established Incoterms and company policies.
  - Collaborate with the internal team to monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules.
  - Maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance.
  - Prepare internal reports regarding sales activities and market trends for the Representative Office.
  - Participate in occasional site visits or dinner meetings with clients and visitors when necessary.
  - Other related tasks as assigned by Japanese manager
