  [Job Summary]
  We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Factory System Engineer to join a manufacturing-focused engineering organization operating production facilities in Vietnam. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with industrial machinery, production systems, and automation technologies, while contributing to both maintenance and development initiatives within a factory environment.
  
  As a Factory System Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stable operation, continuous improvement, and technological advancement of manufacturing equipment and systems. Your responsibilities will span equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and the development of new solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality. You will be directly involved in supporting daily factory operations while also contributing to mid- to long-term engineering projects.
  
  This position requires a hands-on approach, as you will work closely with production lines, machinery, and control systems. You will be expected to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, minimize downtime, and ensure that all equipment operates at optimal performance levels. At the same time, you will participate in system improvements, including automation, digitalization, and process optimization, helping the factory transition toward smarter manufacturing practices.

  -Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of factory machinery and production systems.
  -Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance plans.
  -Analyze system failures and propose effective corrective actions.
  -Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  -Participate in automation and system improvement projects within the factory.
  -Collaborate with production teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.
  -Develop and update technical documentation, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
  -Work with control systems (PLC, sensors, etc.) to optimize machine performance.
  -Assist in system upgrades and digitalization initiatives (IoT, smart factory solutions).
  -Communicate with internal teams and overseas engineers when necessary.
