Job Description
Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the die & mold
- Maintenance section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
- Lead & improve mold & die operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity
- Manage general of die & mold section including repair and maintenance die & mold, related equipment...etc.
- Lead and develop strong Die & Mold Mainternance Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Graduated from University
• Fluent in English
• Have at least 5 years experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
• Strong people management & leadership skill.
• Well understand in mold, die (atleast 5 years experience in repair & mainternance die & mold)
• Long term and short term vision
• Logical thinking, analytical & problem solving skills.
• Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill
• Talent development mindEnglish Level
