<Job summary>This position works as a JP Manager Assistant and Interpreter, supporting Japanese expatriate managers and facilitating smooth communication inside and outside the company. In addition to interpretation and translation tasks, the role also supports business promotion through market research and proposal preparation for consulting projects.*Note: If you can speak Korean be required to provide interpretation using Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean (3 languages).<Detail>- Support Japanese managers (schedule coordination, document preparation, meeting arrangements, etc.)- Provide Japanese–Vietnamese interpretation in internal and external meetings (online and offline)- Translate emails, contracts, and internal documents (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)- Support communication between Vietnamese staff and Japanese management- Accompany managers as an interpreter for client visits and banking-related procedures- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items- Support preparation of consulting proposals- Conduct market research (creating long lists of Vietnamese companies, translating Vietnamese research materials into Japanese, etc.)- Translate various business documents (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)- Accompany Japanese expatriates during business visits to Vietnamese and Korean companies, mainly meetings with owners and executives★For candidates with Korean language skills* Provide interpretation using Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean* Support business meetings with Korean companies as an interpreter* Translate Korean documents and share information internally<Attractive Point>- Work as a core member in a growing Vietnam office established in 2019, acting as a bridge between Japan and Vietnam (or three countries if using Korean).- Learn international business skills by working closely with professional Japanese managers and gaining practical business knowledge and manners.- Gain broader business experience beyond interpretation, including market research, proposal preparation, and participation in business meetings.
