    【Job Summary】
    Responsible for Import-Export task.

    【Job description (details)】
    - Dealing with the procedure of the shipping process.
    - Tracking shipments and communicating with clients about the package's situation.
    - Coordinating shipping with customs clearance agents on overseas deliveries.
    - Handling claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
    - Providing efficient delivery logistics through data management.
    - Filling out import-export documentation.
    - Culculating international fees for each shipment.
    - Inspection if the products don't have any problem (QC)
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English: Intermediate level(Reading, Speaking)
    - At least 5 years of working as a Import Export staff including admin tasks.
    - Experience and knowledge in customs clearance procedures for industrial products imported from overseas to Vietnam
    - Willing to work in a small company.(Around 10 members)
    - Willing to do multitasks not only the tasks mentioned by Job description, but also wide range.

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate
    - Having experience working in Japanese company.
    - Bachelor's degree.
