    - Responsible for work as a Technical Manager

    - Possess experience in precision mechanical machining engineering.
    - Improve and develop machinery; apply automation technology to production processes.
    - Design equipment and machinery to support production, aiming to increase productivity and reduce costs.
    - Manage teams and oversee projects.
    - Analyze and assess risks.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
    - Language: Japanese N2 (From Advanced level or higher) or Englist ( From Intermediate Level)
    - Proficient in technical drawing software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
    - Knowledge of machinery improvement or kaizen activities, safety standards, and ISO systems
    - Experience working in a mechanical manufacturing/precision machining environment.
