  The PMO will oversee and coordinate game, web, and application development projects, ensuring smooth operations, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves cross-functional monitoring, team management, quality control, and reporting to Japanese supervisors to support informed decision-making.

  -Project Management
  -Monitor overall project progress, identify and manage risks, issues, and quality across projects.
  -Provide timely alerts and escalate problems appropriately to ensure project continuity.
  -Team Management
  -Collaborate with team members and communicators, assign tasks, optimize workload, and support team development.
  -Maximize overall team performance through effective coordination and guidance.
  -Quality Management
  -Ensure quality and consistency in translation, interpretation, and documentation through review processes.
  -Standardize communication quality and maintain high standards for all project outputs.
  -Standardization and Knowledge Sharing:
  -Standardize project roadmaps and ensure all team members are informed and aligned.
  -Promote best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  -Progress Visualization
  -Track and visualize task progress, including deviations between plan and actual results (progress, effort, defects, etc.).
  -Share progress reports regularly with relevant stakeholders.
  -Reporting to Supervisors
  -Provide concise reports for Japanese supervisors to support decision-making, summarizing facts, impacts, options, and recommendations.
