  • Job Description

    Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy and managing all marketing activities of the company, with a strong focus on market research and competitor analysis to support business direction and enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Marketing Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales.
    - Event Organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.
    - Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.
    - Media Channels: Maintain and enhance the company's presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.
    - Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
    - Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.
    - Support other departments in developing and implementing cross-functional projects in line with marketing objectives
    - Control daily activities of team members and report

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Graduated from University
    - English: Upper - Intermediate level
    - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in communications & marketing in the medical device industry
    - - Having at least 2 years as Marketing Team Leader/ Marketing Manager.
    - Having experience to manage team and train for members
    - Project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
    - Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions.
    - Data-driven marketing mindset with a creative eye
    - Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM
    - Management: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team.
    - Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy
    - Willing to travel.
