Position Summary: As the Head of Sales, you will lead company’s commercial strategy, driving business growth through customer acquisition, long-term relationships, and optimized global trade lanes. You'll work cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Pricing, and Operations to meet revenue and profitability targets, while shaping the company’s future in a competitive marketB. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Strategic Development & Execution • Develop and implement short- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with business goals. • Expand market share, focusing on new markets (e.g., digital logistics, ecommerce, green logistics). • Drive revenue and profitability, ensuring strategic account management and exceeding sales targets. 2/Team Leadership & Development • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performance sales team. • Foster professional growth through training and career development. • Set and monitor clear team goals to ensure alignment with company targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Manage key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to enhance service offerings and expand market reach. • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Pricing) to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies, driving growth and customer satisfaction. 3/ Business Intelligence & Innovation • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands. • Collaborate on new solutions that address customer needs and improve services. • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. Sales Execution & Customer Satisfaction • Guide sales teams to close key deals, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused process.• Implement retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
