    <Job summary>
    Accounting for a food trading company.

    <Job Detail>
    - Handle daily accounting operations with focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
    - Work with the existing accounting staff (currently in charge of Accounts Payable).
    - Manage payment collections, invoicing, and related documentation.
    - Communicate with external accounting firms for monthly and yearly reports.
    - Support in gradually internalizing accounting operations.
    - Communicate with Japanese expatriates when necessary (in Japanese).
    - Perform other general finance and admin duties as required.
    - Other task will be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    - More than 3 years of accounting experience in Vietnam.
    - Familiarity with Vietnamese accounting standards and regulations.
    - Japanese:N2 Intermediate level.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    - Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small team.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience working for a Japanese company.
    - Experience living in Japan.
