    <Develop Sales Strategies>
    Establish data-driven sales targets aligned with performance objectives.
    Conduct market analysis to identify and profile high-potential customer segments.
    Optimize sales channels based on customer profiles to enhance sales effectiveness
    Gather and analyze customer feedback on factors influencing sales performance to refine strategies
    Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and customer demand to inform strategic decision-making

    <Create sales opportunities>
    Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
    Leverage professional networks to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and support sales goal
    Implement consistent follow-up strategies to expand the base of potential customers
    Execute initiatives to enhance the overall customer acquisition experience
    Develop and deliver compelling presentations (e.g., PPT) showcasing our products and services to prospective clients

    <Acquire sales accounts>
    Comprehensively understand the buyer's business lifecycle to identify current and future needs
    Gather and synthesize pertinent information to develop persuasive sales proposals and effectively negotiate agreements
    Implement proactive follow-up actions to successfully close sales

    <Analyze Customer Requirements>
    Thoroughly analyze both technical and customer requirements
    Articulate the technical nuances, including the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions, to address client needs

    <Manage customers relationships>
    Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned customers
    Collaborate effectively with international/external teams (e.g., Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand) to provide comprehensive customer support and answering for internal inquiries
    Analyze customer feedback, requirements, and market trends to strategically enhance customer relationship management tools and product enhancements.

    <Identify and Evaluate Trades>
    Identify commercially viable and mutually beneficial trade opportunities for both the company and the client
    Analyze buyer purchasing behavior and underlying motivations through customer relationship models
    Evaluate client requests that deviate from established sales agreements
    Identify and address negative feedback and buyer dissatisfaction related to products or services
    Provide expert post-sales support on technical matters related to products and/or service offerings

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales (B2B) in flavor, fragrance, food additives or food industry
    - Those who has working experience as a Sales with main customers were Beverage companies or related Fragrance(Home care, Personal care product) or food Ingredients Industry
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level (Not only internal communication, but also communicating with foreign customers)

    <Prefer>
    - Having worked at Japanese companies.
    - Be able to speak Japanese (N2 intermediate level)
    - Bachelor degree major in Food science degree.
