Job Description
Manage the project sales department for aluminum window/doors products in the Southern region, including provinces from Phu Yen to Ca Mau.
- Manage, assign tasks, and supervise the performance of the company’s project sales team in the Southern region.
- Be responsible for achieving the project sales targets in the Southern region.
- Develop a system of professional and operational documents appropriate for the management requirements of the department, and train department personnel to meet job requirements.
- Develop relationships with new investors and design consultancy units to seek out new project information, thereby maximizing opportunities to sell Tostem products for construction projects.
- Maintain relationships with investors of existing projects and provide maximum support to fabricators and partners in supplying, technical consulting, and installing Tostem aluminum door products.
- Propose and participate in building sales target plans for the department and organize implementation to ensure the set goals are achieved.
Develop new NGCs (Non-Government Contractors) and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive sales of Tostem products in the project channel.
- Support the construction supervision department and NGCs in assembling and installing Tostem products in accordance with quality and schedule requirements.
- Assist the construction supervision department and NGCs in resolving issues arising with investors and main contractors related to the installation of door and façade items for projects.
- Urge NGCs to make payments and collect goods in accordance with the contract agreements and announced plans.
Implement directives from company leadership to relevant departments/individuals. Monitor, urge execution, and report implementation results to the leadership.

Qualifications
Requirement
{ MUST}
- University degree or higher.
- English: Strong Intermediate level
- Direct experience in project sales of construction materials.
- Strong relationships with project investors and construction contractors.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position of Project Sales Manager or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and professional skills in the construction materials business.
- Solid understanding of principles and regulations within the field of responsibility.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese construction laws and market.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, executing tasks, evaluating performance, and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, ability to convey information and build professional relationships.
- Strong management, leadership, and staff training skills.
