• Job Description

  - Monitor production of our Product Orders, work with factory for first confirmed XF (Ex-factory) date and further update on XF date if any change.
  - Identify potential delay risk, co-ordinate with function team in Business Unit and Brand Ops in Planning center office to solve the issue.
  - Production forecast and capacity analysis, work with factory to solve capacity issues. Secure the capacity which factory committed
  to company s in capacity report and 5-Year plan. Report to BU OM, Planning lead and Planning manager in center office if any variance
  from factory's capacity report.
  - Any communication from factory which impact to on-time delivery, from development stage till goods on board, including
  production additional molds, material delivery and issues on packaging and labeling.
  - Production schedule tracking with WIP (Work-in-progress) system, secure WIP report's accuraccy and completion
  - Report update such as vendor scorecard, etc.
  - Maintain systems update, including PLM, GTN and MFG, etc. ( PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) & GTN (Global Trade Network)).
