    <Job Summary>
    Lead company-wide marketing strategy and operations, including budgeting, pricing, campaign management, team development, and brand promotion. Collaborate with internal departments, partners, and media to execute events and programs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.

    <Detail>
    - Oversee and manage all company marketing campaigns.
    - Implement effective marketing strategies.
    - Promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
    - Ensure correct messaging to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
    - Represent the marketing department in cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and customer service.
    - Update and report progress on marketing activities to senior management.
    - Manage and coordinate the marketing and creative team.
    - Conduct market research to evaluate the feasibility of current products/services.
    - Collaborate with media partners and advertising agencies.
    - Generate ideas and develop new marketing campaigns.
    - Work with the sales team and other departments to build effective marketing strategies.
    - Supervise current campaigns to ensure timely completion and achievement of targets.
    - Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and propose improvement ideas to enhance brand marketing and market presence.
    - Other tasks from the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    - Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a marketing management role.
    - Expertise in brand building and development.
    - Proficient in analyzing and understanding the customer purchase journey, setting targeting goals, and building specific personas.
    - Knowledge of marketing models such as STP and AIDA.

    <Prefer>
    - Preference for candidates with experience in the automobile and service industries.
    - Good communication in English or Japanese is an advantage.
