  - Manage, organize, and operate the production shift to ensure productivity, output, quality, and schedule requirements are met according to the production plan.
  - Be responsible for managing all machinery, equipment, materials, and finished goods under the production shift in charge.
  - Propose improvements in labor productivity, repairs, and the purchase of new machinery (if necessary).
  - Manage and be responsible for the assigned personnel (training, assigning tasks, allocating responsibilities, arranging personnel according to the production situation, urging workers to comply with processes and regulations).
  - Maintain the 5S system in the production department.
  - Manage and be responsible for electrical safety, occupational safety, fire safety, and workshop security during the production shift in charge.
