- Responsible as a R&D Manager

- Perform research: experimental and theoretical activities;
- Process improvement: wire drawing, wire breakage, steel cord properties, machinery;
- Lab equipment management;
- Personnel management;
- Supporting the supervisor in organizing and developing R&D personnel to achieve the goals of the department;
- Developing internal research programs to develop or improve existing products;
- Understanding customer' demands and develop new project adapt customer and satisfy customer's requirements;
- Determining and deploying new technologies used by suppliers (Wire rod, Lubricant, new sensor equipment, new stranding machine...);
- Can collaborate with Cross-function team to solve the arising problem.

Qualifications
Requirement
< MUST >
- University Bachelor Degree in any majors;
- Working experience: related to Chemical, Steel heat treatment, Mechanical, Material Science, Technology Science, or related majors.
- At least 3 years of professional experience or have held the position of R&D Manager in the Mechanical/Chemical Industry
- Good communication skills in English. (Upper-Intermediate)

- Strong leadership skills

-Background of working in international companies is an advantage
- Knowing other languages such as Korean, Chinese, JapaneseEnglish Level
