    One of our client which is an Amusement company, is looking for the Admin cum HR Senior Manager.

    【Job Detail】
    - Manage office supplies, maintain facilities, and optimize office layout.
    - Budget management and coordination, oversee travel and transportation expenses.
    - Coordinate with and manage external vendors (e.g., cleaning, security services).
    - Plan, organize, and execute internal company events.
    - Develop job descriptions, oversee hiring processes, conduct interviews, and make candidate selections.
    - Handle attendance, payroll, and ensure employee compliance.
    - Plan and implement training and development programs.
    - Oversee goal-setting, performance review processes, and ensure effective performance evaluations.
    - Manage and improve employee benefits and conduct satisfaction surveys to propose improvements.
    - Prepare reports based on HR and general affairs data for executive review and provide strategic recommendations.
    - Formulate and execute improvement plans for HR strategy and office operations.
    - Design and implement initiatives to support organizational culture and growth.
    - Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    - English: Upper Intermediate Level
    - 5–7 years of experience in software development (candidates with experience in internal systems or retail systems are preferred).
    - Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
    - Experience working with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.

    【Preferer】
    - Preferably experienced in developing software on web platforms (ReactJS, VueJS, etc.) or mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
    - Knowledge of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
    - Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    - Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

    【Advantage】
    - Working experience in companies with 300-500 employees.
    - Experience in retail, services, or the food and beverage industry.
