- Responsible for work as an assistant maintenance manager

- Manage the maintenance team in the absence of the Maintenance Manager (MG).
- Receive instructions from superiors and delegate tasks to the team.
- Propose the purchase of spare replacement equipment.
- Manage regular maintenance and replacement of machinery. Assign daily tasks to the team.
- Manage equipment and propose/report maintenance activities within the factory.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure good quality and competitive pricing.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports.

Qualifications
Requirement
＜ MUST＞
- Graduated from College
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience
- English: Intermediate level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD
<SKILL>
- Able to read and understand electrical and electronic equipment drawings.
- Proficient in writing reports and maintenance department-related proposals.
- Capable of managing machinery.
- Able to guide and train subordinates.English Level
