• Job Description

  One of our clients, which is a logistics company, is now looking for an Interpreter
  
  ■Job details
  ‐ Receive incoming shipment schedules from Japanese clients
  ‐ Coordinate with the factory and arrange container bookings
  - Interpret spoken communication between Japanese and Vietnamese in real-time during meetings, calls, training sessions, and official events.
  - Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation as required.
  - Assist with translation of documents, emails, and other written materials as needed.
  - Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation at all times.
  - Maintain confidentiality of all interpreted and translated materials.
  - Coordinate with clients and internal departments to prepare for interpreting assignments (e.g., reviewing agenda or materials beforehand).
  - Provide support to foreign staff and visitors during their time in the office or field.
  - Other tasks assigned by manager
