  One of our clients, which is a Construction Company, is now looking for Admin cum interpreter.
  
  【Job Details】
  <Daily Tasks>
  1. Interpretation for meetings (for supervisors and Vietnamese staff, for supervisors and suppliers, for supervisors and customers).
  2. Document translation (drawings, customer feedback and revision requests from supervisors).
  3. Compiling daily work content of staff into an Excel sheet.
  
  <Potential Additional Tasks>
  1. Preparing cost sheets, quotations, and invoices.
  2. Drafting contracts (product sales contracts, employment contracts).
  3. Communicating with suppliers (requesting product information and quotes, conveying specifications, instructions, and product revision notes).
  4. Booking flights and hotel reservations.
  5. Procuring office supplies, water, and coordinating materials for construction projects.
  6. Setting up computers.
  7. Conducting market research on architectural materials.
  8. Visiting factories, material markets, and related offices.
  9. Managing the website and social media, and studying AutoCAD, PTS, and 3DsMax in free time to support interpretation work.
  10. Carrying out tasks as directed by supervisors.
