    - Responsible for working as a Production Department Manager

    - Manage the production department of a precision mechanical components manufacturing company: monitor orders, oversee production planning, purchasing planning, staff management, shift scheduling, employee training, supervision, productivity tracking, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
    - At least 3 years of experience in managing the production department at a precision mechanical company (specializing in high-precision machine parts)
    - Able to communicate and understand technical documents in Japanese (can use Japanese for internal mail) (N3 level)

    <PREFERS>
    - Preference given to candidates with knowledge of CNC milling and turning machine programming and setup
