- Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with all agreed terms and timelines (including payment schedules, parties’ obligations, contract renewal, or termination).
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify and address issues arising during contract execution.
- Maintain, update, and manage contract records in a systematic, complete, and easily accessible manner.
- Monitor and update relevant legal regulations related to the company's operations.
- Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 1 years of experience in legal practice, with preference for candidates holding a lawyer’s license and/or experience working in law firms
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations, particularly Land Law, Investment Law, and Construction Law
- Good reading comprehension and communication skills.(Intermediate level)
- Candidate can work in Dong Nai

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for contract tracking and managing process- and contract-related data.
- Good at communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
