    One of our clients, which is a Web marketing agency, is now looking for Chief Accountant.
    The company's Vietnamese subsidiary established in 2023 and is looking to hire an accountant professional to further expand its business.
    They contract many Vietnamese influencers (YouTuber, TikToker) and pay them outsourcing fees.
    Therefore, they should consider carefully who makes a payment for salary, PIT, social insurance and Union fee because it is very sensitive.

    Accounting and financial management:
    - Salary calculation
    - Employee's tax code registration
    - Declare PIT (Including to prepare monthly PIT calculation for KOL)
    - Make a payment for salary, PIT, Social insurance, Union fee
    - Report to increase/decrease the number of employees to authoty
    - Social insucance procedure
    - Organizing the accounting system
    - Bookkeeping
    - Financial reporting and taxes
    - Approving documents
    - Managing costs, revenue, and debts
    - Cashflow planning
    - Asset management
    - Advising management
    - Working with authorities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting field
    - Have Chief Accountant Certificate
    - Japanese: N2 basic level
    - English: Intermediate level
    - Have worked at start-up company or accounting consulting firm

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Have strong interest in Web marketing and SNS marketing
    - Have worked for a Japanese company
