    One of our clients which is in the construction industry is now hiring a Sales staff.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to actively engage with corporate clients based in Europe and North America on behalf of a leading firm in the construction and engineering services industry.
    This role offers a unique opportunity to lead business development initiatives, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver solutions that span infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects.

    You will serve as a strategic liaison between the company and Western client organizations, presenting comprehensive proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless project coordination from inception to completion. Your deep understanding of Western business etiquette, combined with fluency in English—or other Western languages—is essential to win and sustain high-value deals. Ideal candidates bring prior sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to think ahead on market trends, risk assessments, and client needs.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Research and identify new business opportunities among European and North American clients in infrastructure, industrial, or commercial development
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑level and senior procurement executives at target Western organizations
    - Prepare tailored project proposals, bids, and presentations that address clients’ technical, financial, and scheduling requirements
    - Lead contract negotiations: pricing, deliverables, timeline, risk allocation, and performance guarantees
    - Coordinate internally with engineering, design, project management, legal, and finance teams to ensure client expectations are met
    - Monitor account activity, pipeline progress, and financial metrics; prepare reports for senior management
    - Attend international trade shows and industry seminars in Europe or North America to promote services and gather market intelligence
    - Serve as the primary point of contact during project execution, managing minor escalation and ensuring consistent client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Japanese (N2 or above)
    - English (Upper-inter or higher)
    - More than 3 years as a sales staff
    - Have a experience in construction industry

    【Prefer】
    - Over 5 years experience in Construction or Real estate industry
    - Have experience in Japanese company
    - Completing projects in the construction industry
