  - Responsible for operating and monitoring all legal activities of the company, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  - Ensure the company's production and business activities, complying with legal documents issued by the state
  - Issue regulations or internal company regulations to maintain operations and eliminate legal risks when doing business

  - Check the legality of all Contracts, Documents, Regulations, Procedures, and Documents of the Company to ensure no errors and compliance with the Law and State regulations.
  - Direct and control the drafting of Contracts, Documents, Company legal documents (ERC, IER, construction permit documents, environment, labor safety, fire protection... )
  - Arrange problem points and propose countermeasures, direct the implementation of legal procedures during the Company's production and business activities.
  - Advise the Board of Directors (VMM) and departments on legal issues during production and business activities.
  - Support and advise employees on legal issues when directed by superiors.
  - Organize updates and instructions for departments and units on newly issued legal documents related to the operations of departments and divisions.
  - Represent the Board of Directors to resolve disputes, lawsuits and work with competent state agencies (if any).
  - Participate in solving other tasks requested by superiors.
