    【Job Summary】
    Provides leadership to the Customer Service Department by achieving operational efficiency, reaching excellent customer satisfaction, and generating service business at a reasonable cost.

    【Job description】
    - Business development into Vietnam electronics industry with our target application/market segment and
    create new business.
    - Build strong relationship with local customers, distributors to expand customer base, especially local
    business with R&D capability.
    - Sales promotion and provide in depth technical support & field application for products.
    - Driving and motivating Distributors to expand sales promotion activity.
    - Prepare quotation, price maintenance, samples, forecast management, delivery expediting.
    - Handling QA related issues, Environmental/Conflict Materials/BCP Info, PCN/EOL and others.
    - Grasp Vietnam Government new legislations and policies and share information.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level.
    - At least 3 years of working experience in a sales engineer.
    (Candidates with Field Application Technical Support experience is also preferred to apply. )
    - Degree/Diploma in Business/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent from the recognize institution.
    - Good knowledge of Electronics industry and experience will be added advantage.
    - Proven working experience in business development, sales or relevant tole with proven sales
    track record.
    - Must be willing to travel and meet customers.
    - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills, both written
    and spoken.
    - Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point)
