    - Responsibility for some design tasks and working with client
    【Main responsibilities】
    - Creating engaging short videos and HTML display ads from assets provided by clients by adding motion graphics, playful typographic treatments, and eye-catching transitions while keeping an exceptional sense of pacing and timing.
    - Working alongside sound engineers, 3D designers, team leaders, and art directors in each project in order to ensure consistency and the highest quality standards.
    - Typical turnaround time is faster than most other agencies, with projects typically lasting from just a few days to a couple of weeks.

Qualifications

    - Degree in Graphic Design, fine arts, or related experience (no need for certificate)
    - Proficiency with After Effects
    - Basic design skills and understanding of international creative trends.
    - Ability to communicate, write, and read in Japanese and English
    - Solid knowledge of the diverse social media platforms.
    - Great sense for typography and design. (Reinforcement training provided）
    - Good at time management and teamwork.
