    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for purchasing and warehouse

    【Job description】
    - Contact with Head office in Japan on a daily basis in order to share production schedules, respond against clients demands.
    - Monitor and Control subcontractors to meet the delivery date and quality.
    - Negotiate to subcontractors in order to ensure our products continuously meeting our quality standard also the price and delivery dates.
    - Developing new products working with designers in Japan. Purchase the material required for them. Establish the sampling schedule with production team.
    - Contact with forwarders to arrange import/export.
    - Inspect products at other factories if required
    - Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese director.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from College with any major (logistics or supply chain are referred)
    - At least 2 years experience in Purchasing, warehouse
    - Experience in making import and export documents
    - Good communication in Japanese (N3 level up) or English (Intermediate level)
