• Job Description

  Key role:
  - Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes servers, networks, storage, cloud services, database and related systems.
  - Ensures high availability, security, and optimal performance of IT services, and leads a team to deliver reliable IT operations to support business objectives.
  Main tasks:
  
  - Co-lead and manage the IT infrastructure and operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
  - Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, etc.).
  - Ensure system availability, reliability, and security in accordance with business requirements and SLAs.
  - Oversee daily IT operations, including incident response, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  - Manage IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
  - Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  - Monitor and analyze system performance; recommend and implement improvements.
  - Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
  - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance.
  - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
  - Prepare and manage IT infrastructure budgets and resource planning.
  - Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, incidents, and projects to IT Head and Management.
