    【Job Summary】
    　Responsible for all of the managing tasks and sales tasks.

    【Job description】
    - Devise sales strategies, and plan sales goals.
    - Take care of current customers, Find new customers.
    - Manage sales department revenue and expenses.
    - Communicate and report directly to the Japanese Sales Director.
    - Manage subordinates (2-3 people).
    - Evaluate the subordinates.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Education level: Bachelor
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level.
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - Having more than 5 years of BtoB sales experience in a ｍachinery manufacturer or plastics industry.
    - Having more than 3 years of managing experience for around 5 sales staff.
    - No Job hopper (At least 3 years in each company.)
