ベトナム拠点の生産技術 / 製造管理部門の責任者として現場管理およびマネジメント業務に従事していただきます。

・ベトナム人スタッフの採用・教育、指導、マネジメント (最大100名予定）

Requirement
【必須条件】
・生産工場での製造技術、生産技術の現場管理の経験が5年以上おありの方
・板金加工の経験経験がある方
・工場スタッフのマネジメント業務に携わったご経験がある方
・英語：社内コミュニケーションレベル（現場スタッフとの会話）
【優遇条件】
・ベトナムでの勤務経験がある方
・パウダーコーティング（粉体塗装）の経験がある方English Level
