  • Job Description

    One of our clients, which is Semiconductor and Component Test System, is now looking for Production Support Engineer.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Provide after-sales service support for Advantest’s advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc.
    -Provide solutions and improvement in Production Yield and support Test operations in achieving optimized equipment utilization
    -Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers.
    -Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with the Service Sales team.
    -Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met.
    -Provide technical inputs to the factory for product improvements/new designs.
    -Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements.
    -Assist/Lead equipment integration to customers’ factory automation systems.
    -Provide Engineering and Technical support such as debugging test programs and test hardware.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    (Must)
    -Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
    -English: Intermediate (Will report to the Singapore HQ)
    -At least 4 to 6 years of working experience as a Service Engineer/Maintenance engineer in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
    -Experienced in handling semiconductor ATE equipment such as Tester & Handler
    -Knowledgeable in C++, script programming

    (Advantageous)
    -93000 software/debugging tools will be an added advantage.
    -Some experience in project management is preferred.
