    - To make cost estimation for a construction project/buildings/works
    - To manage the costs on a construction project
    - To ensure that the construction project is completed within its project budget
    - Depending on certain staff level and period time, the detailed description shall be elaborated by the Department’s manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduated from university, major in related field
    - English : Intermediate level
    - Having 2-3 years experience in similar role
    - Working knowledge of concerned regulations in building construction field and practice use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques.
    - Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills by English
    - Computer skills: word, excel, power point.
    - Planning and time management and report skill
