    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for Marketing Strategy Manager

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Manage, orient and build long-term, mid-term of cate/brand strategies to meet the needs of the
    market and customers according to the Company's development strategy.
    - Control the budget allocated to the department's activities to ensure cost-effectiveness. Allocate
    human resources to carry out the department's responsibilities and oversee the department's
    activities in accordance with the department's plan.
    - Manage and develop the department's team into a professional, dynamic, capable, and
    active staff per the mission and core values of DHG Pharma.
    - Support the Marketing Director to build, supervise implementation, continuously review and ensure
    continuous improvement of processes, policies, and procedures to improve process efficiency
    and control department activities
    - Orient, build and approve works related to communication about the cate/ brand.
    - Grasp the market situation, promptly develop response plans/programs, and take advantage of
    opportunities to increase sales.
    - Strengthen the creation and maintenance of relationships with partners related to the
    department's operations, consistent with the department's plan and within the assigned scope
    of management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduated from University related to Economics (major in Business Administration, Foreign
    Trade, Marketing, Pharmacy, and other majors suitable for the job)
    - Good English communication
    - 3-5 experience as Senior / Group Brands Manager at MNC in Pharmaceutical/FMCG
    - Knowledge of the market and direction of business strategy
    - Knowledge and experience in Human Management and Marketing
    - Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Bidding, Tendering, and hospital channels
    - Knowledge of products and industry characteristics
    - Have basic understanding of ISO 9001: 2000, GMP, GPP, GDP
    - Basic financial analysis (sales, volume, profit, and loss (P&L), ratio ...
    - Knowledge of pharmaceutical/cate/brand distribution system (planning, monitoring,
    implementation)
