    <Responsibilities>
    First Stage:
    • Get trained the company's specialized software testing methodologies (test execution & test design).
    • On-job-training directly with Japanese customers in software testing projects.
    • Self-train other technical skills such as ISTQB, SQL, IT Passport, Project Management... with experienced mentors.

    Second Stage:
    • Work directly and independently with Japanese customers in projects.
    • Support team members and manage testing projects as a Project Leader or Project Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English; Intermediate level
    - Japanese: N2 advance level
    - Have at least 3 years of experience working as an IT Comtor and have strong passion to be a professional BrSE, Project Leader, Project Manager.

    <Preferred skill>
    - Facilitate meetings with clients.
    - Take a note of the proceedings of the meeting
    - Quick response
    - Have strong logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
