  • Job Description

    - Responsible for managing general accounting tasks and leading 3 members
    - Handle of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL.
    - In charge of all payments for the company
    - Make Final report, Aging report, Monthly Cash report every month, the end of year
    - Issue VAT invoice to customer
    - Manage cash and stock transactions
    - Record data to accounting systems timely & correctly
    - Prepare tax report (VAT, FCT..), financial reports, regulatory statistics report
    - Work with Tax authority, Auditing company, Parent company if necessary
    - Manage 3 Accounting staff in the team
    - Other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager and Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 3-5 years experience as Accounting in Manufacturing company
    - 2 years experience as a Leader or above level
    - 3 years using experience with SAP system
    - English: Intermediate

    <Prefer>
    - Have working experience in Japanese company
    - Have experience finding, proposing, solving, and implementing the problem

    Upper-Intermediate Level
