• Job Description

  1. In charge of the legal work of the company, take responsibility directly for legal isuses related to consultancy activities under charge of the Legal department
  2. Inspecting and giving legal advice to finctional departments and division to ensure that all activities andpolicies of the company comply with appicable laws and regulations
  3. Participate in building and updating the new Legal Database, Documents and Institutions in a accordance with state regulation. Studying and research the latest information on advisory law for managament.
  4. Responsible for consulting, carrying out related procedures such as establishment, change, trademark registration of company
  5. Controlling the legality, checking, correctingm supplementing and completing documents for offcial letter, contract isued and signed by company
  6. Check, supervise and evalute the performance of the company in internal rules and procedures of the company, the law and give advice to superiors
  7. Actively handle and advise the Company's leaders to well handle legal situations arising in economic, civil, labor, tax, insurance and all other related legal matters
  8. Representing for resolving disputes arising from the Company with partners, customer, contractors, state management agencies as appointed/ authorized by competent authorized, particpating in legal proceedings and judgment execution as authorized
  9. Perform other jobs within professional field at the request of the leader
